Josh is an incredible trainer! He’s very personable and listens to his clients in terms of what they need and are looking to do. I worked out with josh for about 6 months and I lost over 20 really quick! Not only did he push me to be STRONG, but he also held me accountable with my diet. If you are looking for someone to help you reach your goals, Josh is definitely the person!
